Hi Everyone!!
Just finished Falling for you and what gorgeous layouts!! Here's what we did!
The Hostess club layout is the first layout and was inspired by Jennifer Smith. We used some older colors to complete this layout... Autumn Terracotta and Olive...and it really works with this layout. The pumpkin in the lower right hand corner is a flip flap. We also used both the falling for you cardmaking stampset and the scrapbooking stampset. We used the scrapbooking stampset on the Autumn Terracotta to add depth and pattern to the cardstock. We also used the diecut leaves to add some leaves on the photo mats.
I fell in love with Jennifer Smith's layouts for this kit.... so she also inspired the second layout. Funny... last month, I was telling someone that we rarely stamped on the layouts anymore and this layout also uses the stamping. We used the September Stamp of the month... Feel So Blessed. (I have a couple of extra of these if anyone is interested). Beautiful layout!!
This layout is pretty quick and is very lovely... The patterned paper can easily be flipped and used the other side as well, so check it out and see which one you like better. I also appreciated the craft cardstock on this layout as photo mats. Count Your Blessings is also a flip flap. Thanks to Doreen Watkins for her inspiration with this layout!
One of my favorite things about this layout is the use of the PML cards. It is also very photo oriented. Love a layout with lots of photos!! Again... this layout was inspired by Jennifer Smith! Such a lovely layout!!
And this last layout has a different feel about it.... but I totally love it. My thoughts for this page is that often, families do a photo shoot in the fall... so I envisioned a family photo in the big photo, the parents in the photo to the left of the large photo and individual shots on the following page.
So, in December, we will be creating layouts using Beary Christmas. It looks like a fun kit! Hostess Club in December meets on Tuesday December 12. Please place your order for the kit by Friday December 1. Doors open at 5:00 PM. Hope to see you there!
Crops... There will be two crops in December ... One on December 9 and one on December 30. LMK if you plan to attend either of those! Have a great Thanksgiving Everyone!!
D~
