November ShoeBoxCards!!

Well Hello everyone!!

Whew!  Time can sure fly!!  It's been a busy month already... and it's time to catch up!!

We had a grand time at VCBC in November!!  And I highly recommend that you attend one of their AMAZING events!!

So back in the first week of November we had Shoe Box Cards!!  there were some great and Amazing card Creations!!

So here they are!!

This is my card and it uses leaves cut from the Artbooking cartridge... (1.5 inches page 72). This card also features Fern thick twine that has knots tied and then used the piercing tool to fray the edges and used the stapler for easy application.  Then use the other side to create veins on the leaves.  The stamp set was from the September constant campaign, but there is another stamp set "For Family" that has a similar Hello and some great words too!!

Thanks to Lisa, I'm in Haven for the inspiration!!

Anita aka Over Achiever, helped us to create the wonderful wreath!  and we could use it as an ornament or as a magnet!  Love the little stickles to make the berries.. we stamped the pine baugh.  This wreath used 3x3 squares... 4 B&T and 4 white.

And here's card #2 for Anita!! We stamped the leaves... then smudged it with a sponge and then trimmed them at one inch.  We glued the tops only, then weaved the ribbon through.  This was built on a 4.25x5.50 piece of cardstock and then adhered to another card!!  We also made acorns!!

Julie's Terrific turkey card was super fun and she had all the pieces parts and we just had to assemble!  Love this guy!!  And it's an easel card!!

Lori's card was a quickie but a good one... Love the brick texture!!  The Goose was stamped on the inside!  Love the masculine feel to this card!!

Melani's fun festive fall card features faux leaves!  What fun!  We added some sponging and some raffia and a greeting!

So love our card nights!!  thank you all for being willing to share your talents and materials with us!  Our next Shoebox card night will be Tuesday Dec 1st!!

See ya then!!
