May Hostess Club

Hi Hi!  May's Hostess Club Layout is so exciting!  Can't wait for you all to try it!!!

For May's Hostess Club, we are going to use the 12x24  True Fit Folios (X1404)!! So tonight's class will feature 2 two page layouts in one!!!

Here's the first layout, with the flap closed... one tip to keep in mind... make sure any decorations underneath the flap are not visible when the flap is closed.  Notice how the two pages have things that tie them together. 

The harlequin design is found on the Artiste Cartridge (page 75, cut at 3 inches).  (Keep the cut outs for use on the next layout.) Another tip is to cut them at an angle rather than a flat edge.

Washi tape was used on this layout.  Sometimes it was directly on the layout and other times it was applied to a 1/2 inch piece of white cardstock to keep the bright background.

So this is the layout with the flap open.  The word Smiles (page 51, cut at 2 inches) and the camera (page 41, cut at 3 inches) are both using the ArtBooking Cartridge.  The camera is popped.  Reminder to make sure extra accents are not showing when the flap is closed.
