Documented Workshop

Here are the layouts for September, featuring the scrapbook kit, documented... 

This first layout is the Hostess Club Layout and features a clean and simple design.  It uses pattern 24 from the Make It From Your Heart volume 3.  We also used PML cards from the kit to add to these pages.  I love the peacock and the pewter color combination.  

The first Layout is inspired by Jennifer Smith.  I loved her layout and here is my version of it.  The tricky part is the cut some of the pieces and hide it under the photo strip!  LOVE!!!

I love the brick paper!!  This was such a fun layout inspired by Julie Carriere.  I love the little touches, the camera, the yellow ribbon stickers and love wooden compliment.Super fun layout and adding the dots just add to the fun!!

I love the PML cards and the colors for this amazing kit!  This fabulous layout was inspired by Amy Moore.  Love love love these colors!!

Here's another wonderful layout inspired by Julie Carriere.  Some colors were switched... but it was such a fun layout.  We also added a bit of pink shimmer trim.  What fun!!

September Shoebox Cards

September is quickly slipping by... We had a small group in September, and are hoping to have more folks in October!

So here are our creations for September!!

My card was using an hand stamped 12x12 using these amazing skeleton leaves. It was stamped and double matted.  This card is intended to be a wedding card, but could easily also be a birthday card, a thinking of you card or even a sympathy card by just changing out the the greeting.  We also used a shimmer brush to add some sparkle.

Melani's card is quite interesting.  we had to score and cut inside the scoring... mountain and valley fold.  She did have instructions written out for us which certainly helped. We also used double sided paper. I love the result of this card!  What fun... but a little tricky.

Roxxy's getting a jump start on Halloween!  I love the wiggly eyes in the trees... the gates open.  Such a cute fun halloween card... Halloween will be here before you know it!!

The next Shoebox cards event will be Tuesday, October 2 at 7:00 PM.  We'd love to have you join us!!  And we do have a new person coming!  So excited to meet and welcome Beth Barber to our little group!!
