October Hostess Club

Hostess Club is always such a fun night!  Lots of creativity!  Lots of chit chat!  Here's the layout we are using tonight...

This is a fabulous layout focusing on edges and finishing touches.  This layout includes sponging, direct to paper, and stamping.  

The second page easily allows the addition of a 4x12 flip flap over the journaling. Using the flip flaps is a great way to use the double sided papers that CTMH is famous for.

Another great thing about hostess club is that this layout is just the design and guests are welcome to choose papers and cardstocks that appeal to them!

Guests are always welcome... Just let me know you are coming and bring your basic supplies, including scissors, adhesive, cutting tool and blocks if you have them.  

Bonus... those who purchase $50 or more, can also purchase the SOTM at the discounted price of $5.

Sometimes there is another bonus as well. It does change each month. This month, it's your choice of a used stamp set of your choice.  Always love a bonus!!

Halloween Cards

So last week was shoebox cards and I was designing a Frankie Card and had tried to use patterned paper first...but didn't like it in conjunction with the stamps I chose... so I switched to purple and loved it!  

Well today, while cleaning things up, I discovered the circles flipped over look really cool.... so ta da!!! An accidental card...

Hi Ladies!  It's crop time again!  Please RSVP to come! My house 9am to 9pm $10 includes one meal. We will be having ham sammies.  Room for 8!!!

The special project will be Halloween layouts and kits will be available.

Also, feel free to stop and shop... great deals on stamps, kits, and other scrapping materials... (shopping is free!!)

October Shoe Box Card Night

We enjoyed a lovely evening of card making and chatting... We were missing a few tonight and hope they are able to join us again next month.  We will meet Tuesday November 5th!
